Don't Get Stuck in Your Garage

I was, and am, pleasantly surprised by the timely response and the most honest information provided by Vince after he inspected the condition of my garage. I've had two other company who came to the house to give their estimates and needless to say, I'm now better informed about the mechanics of garage and the moving parts that goes with it. It all make sense to me. The other company insisted that the garage cannot be repaired. I'm glad I waited to get a third estimate when I found 1A garage door on google apps and read the reviews about them. 1A garage door is the best garage door company I've come across over the last 30 + years been a home owner. I will always use their service from now on. No need to look any further. I'm satisfied with their honest opinion and their professionalism. For that I have to thank Vince for his commitment in operating an honest business and a hardworking person for that as well. Was going to work when my garage door didn't open. Saw that the large spring was broken. Gave them a call at 7am and was fixed by 11am. So it was a good experience. Happy its fixed. Thanks guys.

I called and they were friendly and responsive. I couldn't be more pleased. The news was a bit tough to take that I had to have repairs done which hit the pocketbook but it turned out to be more than the "maintenance" i thought it would be. not their fault and I'm so glad they were able to identify the problems which could have been disastrous if not caught in time. Thank you to Andre and 1A Garage Doors for repairing my garage. The spring on my garage door snapped over the weekend. I called 1A and got in touch with Andre. We talked through some of his recommendations, and was able to schedule an appointment early Monday (which was also MLK day). Andre was in and out within 30 minutes.
